41 Roofing and Restoration had a reputation to back up its work for years, but when forced to rebrand a few years earlier, they were quietly erased from Google Search. They had no organic traffic, not one Google call, not one prospect from Google. They used no paid traffic either. All they had was word of mouth, which carried them through, but like any other small business, they deserved to be found organically.
The Problem: Invisible on Google
When we started working with 41 Roofing and Restoration in May 2026, there was no organic search presence, and they had no paid search presence to speak of. Because of a need to rebrand their business, their presence online went quietly invisible. When we met, a budget for a full marketing push was not there yet, so we took the challenge to start with a small, localized marketing strategy as a way to rebuild the foundation and improve the results before scaling up.
How we helped regain trust in less than 4 months.
Month One: Rebuilding the Foundation
We started with evaluating the established online presence, beginning with the website. We rebuilt the website from the ground up, replacing an old, inconsistent site with a modern, cohesive presence. Because of budget constraints, we used a basic template but focused on their local SEO on that new site. We also cleaned up the company's Facebook meta portfolio so it finally functioned properly, as it was blocked for a couple of years. Within that first month, 41 Roofing and Restoration ranked page 1 organically in Crowley and also landed the Google 3-pack for competitive keywords like gutter installation, home restoration, and roof replacement.
Month 2 and 3: Reaching Past Customers
Once we had the foundation in place, we performed a reactivation campaign using older clients that had not been nurtured in years. For 41 Roofing and Restoration, we secured a dedicated system phone number and built a full SMS automation flow, offering a seasonal discount.
The campaign reached 180 past customers, a group that had already done business with the company but had gone quiet.
Out of this campaign, there were a handful of strong reactivated prospects that brought in revenue, and some are still in the queue for quotes and estimates.
Month Four: Building for Long-Term SEO
After this foundation, and after bringing in revenue, we were able to focus on rebuilding the website once again. This time, we laid better groundwork, specifically for stronger, long-term SEO performance rather than a quick refresh. This intentional step up brings the next phase of growth, and we are seeing consistent movement in local rankings.
The Outcome
In less than 4 months, 41 Roofing and Restoration went from being invisible on Google to ranking on the first page and in the 3-Pack for competitive keywords in Crowley, Texas. The SMS campaign generated 5 strong prospects, with 2 jobs closed and more still in the estimate stage. Toward the end of the third month and the beginning of the fourth, the foundation reset brought in 5 inbound calls directly from Google Search, one of which is now a closed job under contract.
Altogether, the engagement has already influenced more than $8,900 in closed revenue, a return of more than 4x on the investment so far, with additional estimates still outstanding.
